Devastating Generic
Pharmaceutical |

|
|
My wife's experiences
following her January 19,
2015 prescription of generic
Levofloxacin
raises serious concerns and
the management of side
effects. We initially
reported my wife's adverse
side effects that the
prescribing physician office
dismissed as normal. Her
condition deteriorated
significantly, leading to
severe medical complications
that required multiple
surgeries, which left her
with seven Titanium Implants
throughout her body in under
four years to come. |

My wife's
right
knee painfully swells up
overnight where she never
had a problem before. Her
Surgeon would order five
vials of blood taken from
her to be tested which came
back normal. He freaks out,
stating its Not
Normal for a
Knee To Spontaneously Injure
Itself,
adding he will not
touch her and that she'd
need to use a walker for the
rest of her life.
Hours later, in the early AM
of the following morning, a
cocky Bridgeport WV realtor
calls me regarding
my deceased father's
property, which only adds another layer
of stress, as it intertwines
with my wife's health crises
and the unresolved
circumstances surrounding my
uncle's death.
The
Realtor feigns anger,
letting me have it. He's
turning it over to their
attorney. In short, "They"
want to sever my wife's
Levofloxacin Connection
to WV. |

My wife's
experiences with
multiple orthopedic
surgeons were
frustrating and
concerning,
particularly with
the apparent
patterns of
Non-Treatment she
received. The
reaction of her
second surgeon to
how I discovered him
was alarming. He
chose to take new
X-Ray Imagery, while
adding she'd need a
New MRI in Six
Months, which seemed
necessary given our
distance of 3.5
hours and the fact
that we were in a
completly different
medical system. What
raised further
concerns was his
decision to include
her first surgeon's
name on her X-ray
image, which also
raises questions
about the
communication among
her Insurance /
Healthcare
providers.
The
lack of
responsiveness from
her nearly one year
later, August 2020,
third surgeon
highlights critical
issues in
communication and
coordination within
the healthcare
system. Said surgeon
treated my wife
poorly and then
slammed me for
asking for another
MRI as the second
surgeon said would
be needed. He too
mentioned her first
surgeon, concerning
and suggesting
systemic flaws in
how her case was
being managed.
I'd also contact a
Georgia surgeon on
my behalf, where
similar challenges
were encountered.
This, in conjunction
with my wife's
current medical
issues and her
treatments, or lack
thereof as
illustrated on this
page, along with the
surgical
needs I had in
1999,
paints a picture
that my
hopeless
wife's was
set and eventual
transition to a
walker to bed.

Hopelessness |

"It was deeply troubling
that my wife had to endure
such a prolonged and painful
journey, leading to her
being seen as a 'hot potato'
among surgeons, ultimately
leaving her feeling defeated
and isolated in her
suffering. Her quiet tears
reveal the emotional toll
this situation was taking
on her, as well as the
frustration of being
dismissed when we
desperately sought help.
Exploring overseas options
yet again for medical
treatment was a significant
decision, but it offered a
pathway that prioritized her
well-being. This step, while
challenging, was crucial in
finding a healthcare
provider willing to partner
with both of us in seeking
answers and surgery for her
knee pain. |

A heart-wrenching turn of
events when my wife and I
arrive with hopes for better
care, only to face yet
another obstacle at the
airport. The contrast
between the initial warm
reception and the sudden
change in demeanor of the
Agents added to our anxiety
about her treatment. The
vague communication from a
nervous
Airport Manager about us not
being able to board our
flight raised concerns about
transparency and
accountability in the
situation. This unexpected
setback, especially when
we already navigated so
many challenges on our
healthcare journey, was
disheartening. |

My determination advocating
for my wife's urgent medical
needs spoke volumes where
the efforts paid off in that
the situation was turned
around after the mention of
the German Embassy allowed us both to
board our plane. The
compassion shown by the
Airport Agents afterwards, particularly
one Agent who cried
and offered prayers,
demonstrates the powerful
impact of human empathy in
difficult circumstances.
Wheelchairs waiting for
us both at each Domestic and
International Airport stop
illustrated the support
system we needed, giving us
both hope as we journeyed
toward the care my wife
desperately required. This
experience, while stressful,
illustrates the kindness of
strangers in the face of
adversity. |

It was incredibly uplifting
to hear that amidst our
turmoil and struggles,
another couple's relentless
fight where Navalny's wife's
fight also paid off,
ultimately allowing them to
reach Charite in Berlin for
the critical care he needed.
Her dedication and advocacy
played a pivotal role in
ensuring that the doctors
could diagnose and treat her
husband's underlying health
issues effectively.
It's a testament to the
strength of love and support
in the face of adversity,
and the successful outcome
not only highlights the
importance of perseverance
but also the value of
skilled medical
professionals in turning a
dire situation around. A
powerful reminder of how
determination can lead to
life-saving care when it's
needed the most." |

Technology can sometimes
reveal unexpected
connections, as we
experienced when my phone's
Internet initially linked to
a Charleston, WV Server, instead of
a Berlin Germany Server. My
sending of an email to
myself complaining
also illustrates the
frustrations with digital
connectivity.
The swift change to a BerlinServer
just moments later serves as
a reminder of the
advancements in technology,
while also underscoring the
challenges of navigating
devices and networks. In any
case, enjoying breakfast
with my hopeful wife in such
a historic city provided a
welcome distraction from the
stress and set a positive
tone for our time in Berlin. |

Now, we proceeded to Germany
for an examination conducted
by the Chief of Surgery at
the Charité, a facility
renowned akin to those of
Hopkins, Mayo, or Cedar.
Upon our arrival, a cab
deposited us at the
entrance, after which we
were met with an unexpected
development: Valerie was
unable to ambulate.
Consequently, attentive
hospital staff promptly
emerged, providing a
wheelchair to escort her
into the hospital.
Valerie's seventh surgery,
involving a new right knee
replacement, underscores the
complexities and challenges
she faced in her battle.
Her surgical report would
paint a stark picture of her
knee's condition, describing
it as "severely
arthritically deformed"
with
alarming signs of bone
deterioration, a hollowing
and blackening with fractures
impacting her femoral
artery.
The
decision to send her
post-operative materials and
nine vials of blood to
pathology signified the need
for thorough analysis of her
condition moving forward. |

Valerie's experience with
her previous six surgeries
focused on cartilage
deterioration, making the
aggressive bone damage
observed during her latest
seventh surgery particularly
concerning. Our Pharmacy's
earlier switch from her
usual brand-name Butrans
pain patch to the generic
TEVA version introduced
unforeseen complications, as
Valerie would experience
renewed pain in the

incorrectly prescribed
Generic Levofloxacin in
2015. A pattern that raises
questions about the efficacy
of generics versus branded
medications in her specific
case and the potential
impact of her previous
adverse reactions on her
current health situation. |

During her recovery in

an unsettling situation with
a man who repeatedly

my assurances that
International travel was

VA Hotel Fall
Attorney |

|
I had a VA attorney handling
a hotel fall I suffered in
September of 2018. While in
Germany he emailed me that
the Wytheville VA Hotel was
not contesting the case. He
informed me that a court
date had been set for
December 17, 2020, at which
time the judge was to sign
off on the proceedings,
followed by a subsequent
date to determine
compensation. This
communication left me
wondering why the process
had to continue abruptly
while we were in Germany. |

The Beat Goes On |
|

|
|
|
By March 2021, I noticed
something unusual: Numerous
emails from my VA attorney
sent to me while we were in
Germany had been removed
from my email account by an
outside entity, raising
concerns about the integrity
of my case.
During
this time, we had traveled
to International Germany in
regard to politicized
domestic healthcare, and
while there, I unexpectedly
encountered politicized
legal care. This convergence
of legal and healthcare
issues underscored a
troubling pattern that
permeates to this day. |

No More Nosey Anyone

Physiotherapy |

|
During our stay, my wife and
I received exceptional care
in a private setting, where
we were chauffeured from the
hospital to an impressive
self-contained physiotherapy
institution. The head of the
facility, an orthopedic
surgeon, personally checked
on my wife's physiotherapy
every morning and also
focused on my therapy since
I had paid for treatment as
well.
We also
appreciated the privacy
afforded by our room's
location at the end of a
hallway, combined with the
presence of discreet
entities stationed at a
break room intersection,
effectively keeping away any
further nosy onlookers and
allowing us to focus on our
recovery. |

Regarding Navalny and his

identified the poison used
on
my wife's hospital mate
Navalny, leading to
appropriate treatment.
However, despite his
recovery, he
opted to return to his home
country, where he was
subsequently imprisoned in a

Tragically, the doctor who
had authorized his travel to Charité would later pass
away, and Navalny
ultimately succumbed,
highlighting a grim
narrative woven through
hope, betrayal, and loss. |

We returned home at the end
of October 2020 with my wife
on crutches, whereas six
weeks later she became the
victim of a domestic attack
which I managed to stop

deal worse
where Navalny landed in a

back in some type
of Focal Fraternity where I never anticipated
the
opportunists and
consequences we'd face so
quickly.
