Credentials can be designated by degrees. BA, BS, PHD or titles: Architect, Engineer, Professor, Esquire, Doctor, etc. Certifications can also enhance credentials. With the above in mind; What is credentialed expert analysis? Let us use a Request To Have Some Ominous Trees Removed. A generational landowner's request is forwarded to a local city. A Request that is easily understood. A Request that is then brushed aside as an Insurance issue. An issue to be dealt with when the trees fall. Also, Easily Understood. A few weeks later nature twists said trees like toothpicks breaking them over in multiple places. The timing is inexplicable. Confusion amongst the developer and the city ensues over responsibility. Insurance Professionals are confused. Said confusion caused delays. As such a generational landowner pays a private entity to have the damaged trees removed. Later on the City and the Developer had some other trees addressed. So, Not a simple insurance issue, as one was led to believe. Why? To address the question of why? The above example of a pre-warnings needs to validated as a singular incident will be called coincidence. To do so discernment between realities and fabrications needs to be addressed first.

SEVEN YEARS after it's completion A Second Developmental Phase results in the Corpening Drive Retention Pond which has contributed to a City's woes, was addressed..
EIGHT YEARS after it's completion Signage was placed on September of 2013 where a responsible governmental party was finally named. The City of Bridgeport. (Note; Future Legalese will transfer responsibility) However; It took: 1). The insistence and documentation on the author's part. 2). The retention pond's failure in August 2011. 3). A German Engineering Professional finished report of April of 2012. At This Point: Insurance Experts Did Not To Have A Firm Grasp. Multiple Uncanny Documented Notifications with Inexplicable Timing were of No Consequence Platinum Properties, The City Of Bridgeport & The State Of West Virginia), who Utilized Millions In Taxpayer Dollars To Create Said Massive Slope And Storm Drainage Retention System were Not Responsible. Interchangeable elected leaders Rubber Stamped long thought out strategies. Not civic any regard, but of self interest in plan and execution. Civil Engineering which is the profession of Scientific Principles was Useful In A Completely Different Sense. Developmental undertakings utilized engineering plans to acquire approvals and construction funds, (Private and Tax Payer Sourced). Then Said Engineering Plans Were Discarded. Older generational property owners, who posses intimate knowledge of their property and other surrounding properties Are Feverishly Ignored. Constructs that follow no engineering plans Are Repeatedly Engaged. Multiple non-engineered, nor regulated time release construction failures were allowed to be built. Devastating Incidents Occur. Multiple documented warnings of logical failures were provided Before & After devastating incidents occurred on multiple occasions. A domino practice meant to force weaker and singular law-abiding citizens toward an end are obvious. The court system being one such end. A preview of the what citizens will face when inevitable future failures occur. Strategically Planned Confusion And Long Delays Toward Managed Outcome.
